Order & Delivery

Delivery Lead Times

For items in stock please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Once dispatched please allow an additional 10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email once your order has left our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier company. 

For Pre-order items, delivery dates listed on the website are an estimate only. The delivery window may vary due to a number of factors out of our control including supply and production time issues. If your order does happen to be running late we will notify you with a new delivery window.

 

Damaged or faulty items 

All items are thoroughly checked over before they leave our warehouse. If you do happen to receive a damaged or faulty item please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your Name, Order number and detailed images of where the item has been damaged. 

In the case your order has been damaged in transit we will arrange to have the item replaced as soon as possible. Please refer to our manufacturing warranty terms and conditions below for all manufacturing faults. 

 

Manufacturing Faults

Under the Australian Consumer Law it is our duty to the consumer to provide you with a replacement item if yours is deemed faulty within 12 months of purchase. Any improper or negligent use will void this warranty. This warranty applies to household residential use only does not apply to any commercial, contract, non-residential use. 

If you wish to make a claim under this manufacturing warranty please email hello@kastillo.com.au with your order number, date of purchase and detailed photos of where the fault has occurred. 

 

Returns & Exchange

We want you to love your purchase however, we do understand some pieces are not quite right for your space. In this case you may return your product, unused and in its original packaging within 7 business days of receiving your order for a full store credit. Please email hello@kastillo.com.au for a Return Reference Number and more details. Please ensure your order is securely wrapped as we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. You will be responsible for the return courier charge.

 

Price Modifications

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of GST. If we happen to run a promotion on our website and you have placed your order within 24 hours of this promotional period, please email us and we will happily apply a credit to your account.
